Who Ya Callin' Darlin'?

Darlin’ is a rising country duo rooted in the heart of tradition with a fresh, modern edge. Chloe Byars (Austin, TX) and Sarah Royse (Norman, OK) live in New York City, where they’ve carved out a space for themselves in the city’s growing country scene. Both girls were introduced to live music & the musician lifestyle at a young age by their fathers. Chloe grew up playing bluegrass fiddle with her dad, and Sarah watched her dad play all around Norman in several bands. 

 

Their original songs blend timeless storytelling with irresistible melodies, while their reimagined covers - highlighted by tight duo harmonies and magnetic onstage chemistry, offer something both nostalgic and new.

 

With classic country soul and a contemporary spark, Darlin’ brings a sound that nods to legends like The Chicks, Kacey Musgraves, Gretchen Wilson and Miranda Lambert . Sarah and Chloe are constantly writing, gigging and recording (at Audio Confidential NYC). They are based in NYC, but are ready to take Darlin' on the road in 2026!
